Abstract
Firm management of the State Duma elections produced the expected results. United Russia again received the coveted constitutional majority. The Kremlin continues to maintain full control over the lower house. Everything appears to have remained the same. But this is not the case. A further step in restructuring the system of rule initiated by the 2020 constitutional reforms has been completed. This has affected the party system.
