Abstract
In Russia, ultranationalist ideology has resurrected. Xenophobic intellectuals from the so-called Izborsk Club proclaim a Eurasian-Russian Civilisation. Their strategy papers, doctrines and books do not reach out to a large audience. However, they create a reservoir of anti-liberal thinking, that the political leadership increasingly uses for the purpose of propaganda.
